For the past 7 years, Earth Care has had the privilege of partnering with the Green Fire Times for the first edition of the Green Fire Times each new year. In this year’s 2025 edition, we focused on the moment we find ourselves in – a moment of profound uncertainty and rupture, or the Nepantla, a liminal space of in-betweenness, where the old is crumbling and the new has yet to take shape. We hope you’ll find inspiration from this edition as we reflect, imagine, and prepare for what lies ahead – and as we link arms to organize for real climate justice in New Mexico.
